Looe

The historic fishing town of Looe has a working fishing port: early risers can visit the daily fish market where merchants choose the freshest fish for tables all round the country. Seaton

A mainly level walk along winding rural lanes and a wooded valley to Seaton Countryside Park is a designated nature reserve with a variety of habitats - ancient woodland, pasture, riverside, grassed picnic area, butterfly garden and childrens activity park. The beach with rocky foreshore and rock pools is nearby.

Millendreath

Follow country lanes with typical high sided Cornish hedges full of flowers and wildlife to the sandy beach at Millendreath. Follow the south west coast path to Looe and Polperro beyond. Millendreath means ‘the mill shore’ or ‘mill on the sands’.

Bodigga Cliff

A great spot for spectacular cliff top views and a picnic. You’ll have fine views of local fishing boats from Looe and Polperro and naval vessels from Plymouth. Views to Rame Head to the east and St Georges Island (Looe Island) to the West.
